Mark and Jack and their team built a two storey extension to our property in Didsbury. It was a big project for us and I dread to think how it could have played out if we had used a less professional and committed builder. From start to finish the whole team were outstanding. Their attention to detail and the quality of the construction has been excellent. Some of the detailed work clearly took longer and cost Mark more than he had budgeted for but he always honoured the agreed prices and was very transparent and reasonable on any extras, always agreeing those in advance. A special mention to John, who was a constant presence on site; and to Susie promptly dealing with all queries and admin back in the office. Excellent collaboration and communication throughout the project which had two large elements. Kept us completely functional with regards to living in while the kitchen extension was built.
